Ornament Wreath
I have wanted to make one of these wreaths for a while. I actually went through three sets of Christmas ornaments, returning three of them. The ornaments I used for this I got at Home Depot for $13---for 101 ornaments. I really love how it turned out and it was really easy. I just stretched a wire hanger out and then slid the ornaments on. These ornaments are those shatter-proof kind and the top thingy stays on pretty well, otherwise it would need to be glued on. The ornaments just slide on and then twist opposite ways until it is full. There are about 60 ornaments on this. I figured if I went and bought another small box of ornaments, combined with what I have left and they would cost me $10--not too bad. Now I'm on the hunt for the perfect ribbon to tie a bow at the top of it. I would DEFINITELY make more....and I think it would be a really cool gift to give. So, I just may shopping for balls after Christmas.
